Work

Small forms, carefully made.

The workshop is an evolving practice rather than a portfolio of client claims. These are the areas currently being explored and documented here.

  1. Interface studies

Compact studies of navigation, hierarchy, forms, and feedback. Each one asks a focused question: what can be removed, clarified, or placed in a better sequence?

  2. Web objects

Small, self-contained pages that test a single interaction or presentation idea. They favour durable HTML, considered typography, and restrained motion.

  3. Field guides

Short documents that turn a repeated process into something another person can follow. The goal is practical clarity, not exhaustive theory.

  4. Visual systems

Exercises in rhythm, colour, spacing, and reusable rules—the quiet structure that helps a collection of pages feel like one coherent place.

In progress

The first collection is being assembled.

Finished studies will appear here with process notes and enough context to understand what was tested. Until then, the notes page holds the working ideas.
